PR: Access Channel 5 Programming for June 24-30

All the new programming for the week of June 24, featuring Chautauqua Sunrise, Fresh Perspectives, Chautauqua Books, and the latest Chautauqua Institution Lecture Series 2016!
Chautauqua lectures airing this week are Randy Schekman, "Genome Editing: How It Works and What It Can Do" at 7:00 AM and 11:00 PM and Robert M. Geraci, "The Enhancement Game: Transcendent Bodies in Digital Worlds" at 12:45 PM and 6:45 PM.
Chautauqua Sunrise, hosted by Doc Hamels, will feature Joseph Gerace, Chautauqua County Sheriff as his guest. The program airs live county-wide on various access channels at 9:00 AM on Saturday only, then repeats at 2:00 PM and 8:00 PM on Access Channel 5.
Fresh Perspectives, hosted by Gail Erb, will have Anne Moelk from Northern Chautauqua Canine Rescue as her guest. The show is at 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM.
Chautauqua Books will feature an interview with Steve Goreham. Two of Goreham’s books will be discussed: The Mad, Mad, Mad World of Climatism, and Outside the Green Box: Rethinking Sustainable Development, and will air at 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM.
All programming starts on Saturday, June 24 and runs through Friday, June 30.
Access Channel 5 is available to cable viewers in the Chautauqua, Mayville, North Harmony, Portland, Sherman, and Westfield areas, and can be found on channel 5 with a cable converter or on 5.3 on digital televisions without a cable converter.
The programs may also be viewed after the initial airing at the station's web site http://accesschautauquacountytv.org.
