PR: Access Channel 5 Programming for July 1-7

All the new programming for the week of July 1, featuring Chautauqua Sunrise, Chautauqua People, Chaut. Co. July 4th Parade, and the latest Chautauqua Institution Lecture Series 2016!
Chautauqua lecture airing this week is Hava Tirosh-Samuelson, "A Critique of Transhumanist Futurism." at 7:00 AM and 11:00 PM.
Chautauqua Sunrise, hosted by Doc Hamels, will feature Kirk Young from Jamestown Community College as his guest. The program airs live county-wide on various access channels at 9:00 AM on Saturday only, then repeats at 2:00 PM and 8:00 PM on Access Channel 5.
Chautauqua People features guest Tom Becker, past president of Chautauqua Institution. Becker was the 17th president and served from November 2003 until January 2016. The show is hosted by John Viehe and will air at 1:00 PM and 7:00 PM.
Mayville's July 4th Parade will be covered live beginning at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, July 4.
All programming starts on Saturday, July 1 and runs through Friday, July 7.
Access Channel 5 is available to cable viewers in the Chautauqua, Mayville, North Harmony, Portland, Sherman, and Westfield areas, and can be found on channel 5 with a cable converter or on 5.3 on digital televisions without a cable converter.
