All the new programming for the week of November 11, featuring Chautauqua Sunrise, Defenders of Freedom and Fresh Perspectives.

"Defenders of Freedom" shares the first hand experiences of WWII veterans in the Western NY and Northwestern PA areas. Hosted and filmed at the Jackson Center in Jamestown NY, the project is a collaborative effort between the Center, the United Veterans Council, Chautauqua County Office of Veterans Services and local WWII authors and historians, Rolly Kidder and Phil Zimmer. Interviews this week will be aired at 12:58 PM and 6:58 PM and include Doc Malinoski, Doug Benson and Dave Ritto.

Chautauqua Sunrise, hosted by Doc Hamels, will feature David Thomas from Alstar EMS. The program airs live county-wide on various access channels at 9:00 AM on Saturday only, then repeats at 2:00 PM and 8:00 PM on Access Channel 5.

Fresh Perspectives, hosted by Gail Erb, will have Randy Burt speaking about travels around the world.

Repeat programming is typically re-aired throughout the week at other various time slots.

All programming starts on Saturday, November 11 and runs through Friday, November 17.

Access Channel 5 is available to cable viewers in the Chautauqua, Mayville, North Harmony, Portland, Sherman, and Westfield areas, and can be found on channel 5 with a cable converter or on 5.3 on digital televisions without a cable converter.
