All the new programming for the week of November 25, featuring Chautauqua Sunrise, 'Industrial Wind Chautauqua County' and Fresh Perspectives.

"Industrial Wind Chautauqua County," a locally-produced documentary, will be featured at 12:15 PM and 6:15 PM. The program consists of five parts. It begins with "A Tale of Two Counties: Wyoming & Chautauqua," a response to Gov. Cuomo's 50/30 energy program (32 min.). Next, "Arkwright Besieged" documents local opposition to the ongoing industrial project (12 min.) Third, Arkwright resident Bruce Roll, whose home will be surrounded by the giant turbines, comments in a piece called "A Sick Joke, Our Worst Nightmare" (8 min.). Fourth, "An Appeal," is look at the multiple wind projects, based largely on Chautauqua County legislature public testimony (46 mini.) Last, Dr. Mark Twichell, Fredonia, threat to Northern Long-Eared Bat in a video called "Bat Killers: The Arkwright Wind Project. (4 min.).

Chautauqua Sunrise, hosted by Doc Hamels, will feature Ken Hardley, Rolling Hills Radio. The program airs live county-wide on various access channels at 9:00 AM on Saturday only, then repeats at 2:00 PM and 8:00 PM on Access Channel 5.

Fresh Perspectives, hosted by Gail Erb, will have Leslie Johnson speaking about Homeopathy. The program is at 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM.

Repeat programming is typically re-aired throughout the week at other various time slots.

All programming starts on Saturday, November 25 and runs through Friday, December 1.

Access Channel 5 is available to cable viewers in the Chautauqua, Mayville, North Harmony, Portland, Sherman, and Westfield areas, and can be found on channel 5 with a cable converter or on 5.3 on digital televisions without a cable converter.
