All the new programming for the week of April 21, featuring Chautauqua Sunrise and Defenders of Freedom.

"Defenders of Freedom" shares the first hand experiences of WWII veterans in the Western NY and Northwestern PA areas. Hosted and filmed at the Jackson Center in Jamestown NY, the project is a collaborative effort between the Center, the United Veterans Council, Chautauqua County Office of Veterans Services and local WWII authors and historians, Rolly Kidder and Phil Zimmer. Ang Nalbone, Basil Bunce, Dick Anson, Don Johnson Frank Fonti and Roger Anderson will be featured this week at 12:30 PM and 6:30 PM.

Chautauqua Sunrise, guest-hosted by Randy Burt, will have guests Wayne Hotelling and Greg Carlson discussing Laurel Run. The program airs live at 9:00 AM on Saturday only, then repeats at 2:00 PM and 8:00 PM.

Repeat programming is typically re-aired throughout the week at other various time slots.

All programming starts on Saturday, April 21 and continues until Friday, April 27.

Access Channel 5 is available to cable viewers in the Chautauqua, Mayville, North Harmony, Portland, Sherman, and Westfield areas, and can be found on channel 5 with a cable converter or on 5.3 on digital televisions without a cable converter. Spectrum Cable will be relocating the station to channel 1301 in the near future.
