All the new programming for the week of December 30 featuring Chautauqua Sunrise and Chautauqua Women’s Club Contemporary Issues Forum presents a lecture by Kris Putnam-Walkerly.

Chautauqua Women’s Club Contemporary Issues Forum presents a lecture by Kris Putnam-Walkerly, “Unlocking the Secrets of Effective Giving: Avoiding Delusional Altruism in Philanthropy.” Her presentation offers practical guidance for avoiding pitfalls and becoming more effective in philanthropy. Kris Putnam-Walkerly, MSW, is a Global Philanthropy Advisor and President of Putnam Consulting Group. The program airs at 1:00 PM and 7:00 PM and was recorded in the Hall of Philosophy at Chautauqua Institution on July 22, 2023.

Chautauqua Sunrise, hosted by Doc Hamels, features the Chautauqua Sunrise Crew, “Looking back and forward.” The program is live at 9:00 AM on Saturday, then repeats at 2:00 PM and 8:00 PM each day.
