All the new programming for the week of October 05 featuring Chautauqua Sunrise and Chautauqua Lake Conference, part one of three.
Chautauqua Lake Conference, part one of three. Chautauqua Lake Conference 2024, sponsored by Chautauqua Institution, provided an update on research involving the status of Lake Chautauqua, and projects scheduled for the current year. Speakers include: Michael Hill, Ed.D. (President of Chautauqua Institution) who welcomed participants and provided an historical perspective on current controversies regarding lake management, and Courtney Wigdahl-Perry, Ph.D. (Associate Professor of Biology at State University of New York at Fredonia) who provided a research update on HAB (Harmful Algal Blooms). The conference was held in the Chautauqua Golf Club on June 22, 2024, and airs at 1:10 PM and 7:10 PM.
Chautauqua Sunrise, hosted by Doc Hamels, will have guests Tracy Jespersen and Katie Tiffany from Prevention Works. The program is live at 9:00 AM on Saturday, then repeats at 2:00 PM and 8:00 PM each day.
Repeat programming is typically re-aired throughout the week at other various time slots.
All programming starts on Saturday, October 5 with the final airing on Friday, October 11.
